Unlike other property management software, Clouds UK Insurance Manager gives you control over how folders are managed and maintained. You have full administration over how this works for you, no restrictive systems that frustrate you and restrict how you work.

Some clients prefer for us to give them our "standard" folder suggestions. That’s fine too – although it’s not long before we hear requests for another folder to be added. No problem - you are in charge of how it looks!

The Audit Trail system tells you exactly what happens to every document and property on your system, who did it and when.

Need to know when a certificate expires? Our system will alert you when it's about to expire, and prompt you for a new version.

When new information is added to your site an email alert is also sent to your e-mail address, keeping you up-to-date.
