We have not been prescriptive about how you should set your folders up.
Unlike other property management software, Clouds UK Construction Manager gives you control over how folders are managed and maintained. You have full administration over how this works for you, no restrictive systems that frustrate you and restrict how you work.
Some clients prefer for us to give them our "standard" folder suggestions. That’s fine too – although it’s not long before we hear requests for another folder to be added. No problem - you are in charge of how it looks!
Filing Cabinet
Need to know when a certificate expires? Our system will alert you when it's about to expire, and prompt you for a new version.
Versions
Every document on the site can have multiple historical versions; every revision slots in place on top of the old version.
Permissions
Any folder can be locked down to as few or as many users as you wish. Users only see what they have permission to.

The Audit Trail system tells you exactly what happens to every document and property on your system, who did it and when.

When new information is added to your site an email alert is also sent to your e-mail address, keeping you up-to-date.
