Clouds UK Partner Accreditation Process
A 3-stage process to full accreditation
Becoming an accredited partner is a simple process: you contact us, we give you the training, then you go out and make the sales. The steps involved are as follows:
Initial Meeting
During this meeting the Partner Programme will be discussed in detail and you will be given a demonstration of all the products. At the end of the meeting you will be issued with a user name and password to gain access to the Clouds UK demo site.
Training Day
Having expressed an interest in becoming a partner you will be invited to attend our Partner Training Day held at our Head Office in York. The Training Day gives an in-depth look at the company history and product history as well as an insight into future development of the product. There is also an interactive workshop where you will be given tasks to perform to familiarise yourself with the products further. Throughout the day you will get the chance to meet the Clouds UK team. At the conclusion of the event a partner agreement is made available for you take away, review and consider. If both parties are happy to proceed, the agreement is then signed.
Partner Presentation to Clouds UK
On receipt of the signed agreement you will be provided with the presentation guide for our demonstration site and a date for you to demonstrate the key features of Clouds UK products to a member of the Clouds UK team (this ensures you present our products effectively). Following your successful presentation of the product you will become an accredited Clouds UK partner.
Ongoing Support
A supply of marketing material such as flyers and presentation packs will be provided free of charge. The Clouds UK team are always a phone call away offering ongoing support. We would hope to be able to attend your first demonstration and following these, a member of our team will be available to attend with you on request. Bi-monthly Partner meetings and events are organised with a view to building the relationship between the parties further and allowing everyone to have their say on product issues and development.
Upon receiving accreditation as a Clouds UK Partner, you will also be acknowledged on the Clouds UK website with company logo/link to your website included in the Partners section.
Each Partner will be given access to Basic Manager secure online portal where documentation may be stored, shared and downloaded. Through Basic Manager, you will be given access to the following areas:
- A document repository, where Clouds UK may upload documents for use by its Partners, such as template contracts, demonstration manuals, pricing information etc. The Partner shall have access to download from this but not modify this folder.
- A secure Partner folder, accessible only to the Partner, where the Partner may upload any information they wish.
- A shared Partner folder, to which all Partners have access, where they may share information with other Partners.
